Customer Reviews
Nice plates, good value
I ordered a set of dinner plates and side plates. The quality of the bone china is quite good for the price. They arrived well-packaged and none were broken, which was a relief. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in Ohio, which is pretty standard. My only minor gripe is that the colors online looked slightly more vibrant than in person, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and they've definitely upgraded my everyday meals.
Got some cool wine glasses
I snagged some of their colorful glassware, the wine glasses. They look pretty neat on my table. Shipping was alright, took a bit but they got here fine. They feel sturdy enough, not super delicate. Good for having friends over.
Smooth order, great service
I purchased four of the scalloped plates and two 'Aperitivo' plates for a small gathering. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple to navigate. I had a question about the care instructions for the bone china, so I used their online chat feature. The customer service rep was very helpful and responded quickly with detailed information. The package arrived in excellent condition about five days after I placed the order, securely wrapped with plenty of padding. The plates themselves are beautiful, exactly as pictured, and feel sturdy. They're also dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for me. I've used them a few times now and they hold up well. It was a really positive experience from start to finish.
Love my new pasta bowls!
I just got the 'Pasta' Italian words pasta bowls and they're gorgeous! The color is so vibrant and they feel really high quality. They shipped super fast too. I'm already planning my next order, probably some of the striped plates. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Does anyone know if their products are actually made in Australia? Or is it just an Aussie brand but manufactured elsewhere?
What's the deal with returns? Like if I don't love the color when it arrives, is it a huge hassle to send back?
Hey guys, thinking of getting some of the scalloped plates. How long does shipping usually take to, say, LA?
I'm looking at their sets, but also want a few individual pasta bowls. If I get a set, can I still use the welcome discount for the separate bowls?
How do these compare to, say, West Elm's dinnerware? I like the vibe but want to make sure it's not super fragile.
Anyone know if their stuff is actually good quality? Like, will it chip easily or is it pretty durable for everyday use?
Thinking of signing up for their newsletter for the first order discount. Is it a decent percentage off or just a tiny amount?
